Returns Policy
Fjord Fuzz operates with a fully transferable lifetime warranty.
As long as we're in business we will always fix any pedal that has electronic or mechanical issues, regardless of what caused them. You do not even have to be the first owner. We just don't want any dead Fjord Fuzz pedals out in the wild and fixing or replacing all of them forces us to take the necessary steps to keep them running forever.
If we now longer carry a certain pedal, you will have the option to choose from a similarly priced currently produced device.
We also operate with a 30 day free return policy, meaning you can also get a full refund if you within 30 days find that your pedal for some reason does not work for you the way you had hoped.
We do however not replace any pedals due to cosmetic issues. The copper control plates will corrode. These can in most cases be removed (save for one-knob pedals) and cleaned as you see fit.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Fjord Fuzz pedals are built as quickly as we are able to produce them, but note that sometimes there's a bit of a lead time, especially following big review dates when we experience massive increase in demand. Don't worry though. Your pedal usually ships quite promptly.
